Everybody loves to poke fun at the Coast Guard, but it never really seems to get them down. Know why? Because they're too busy saving lives, combating drug cartels, protecting our ports, generally enjoying a higher level of job satisfaction and overall happiness than any of the other branches, and literally punching narco subs to care about all the negativity. So you can have your little jokes and jibes, the Coasties will keep on singing "Semper Paratus" with a salty smile.
